Terms and Conditions

Ordering: All orders placed before 2pm E.S.T. will be shipped the same day. Since orders are processed immediately, we cannot consolidate freight on multiple orders placed the same day.

Freight Policy: Shipments within the United States in excess of $1000.00 will be shipped prepaid.

Back Orders: Back orders will be held and shipped as soon as possible, unless otherwise advised.

Returned Checks: Any account issuing an N.S.F. check will be put on a permanent cash or certified check basis. In addition, all bank fees incurred will be charged back to the client.

Discrepancies: Shortages, overages or incorrect items shipped must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt of order.

Returns: A returned goods authorization number (RGA #) must be obtained prior to returning any item. Items must be returned freight prepaid with in 30 days of receiving an RGA #. Items returned freight collect or without an RGA # will be refused. All returns must be in original packaging and unused.

Delinquent Accounts: Any account not paid in full by the end of the following month will be considered delinquent. These accounts will be placed on credit hold until the past due balance is paid in full.
